Comment: The peolple with haplogroup A genentic markers appear to represent the original people of America. They may have been here when people carrying other genetic markers entered America. In the James Bay and Great Lakes region the lower percentage of the haplogroup A population indicates they were replaced by a migrattion of people coming from Hudson Bay
